* Book by posting your Formand cheque
* · Step 1 : Complete the booking form and sign it.
* · Step 2 : Post the booking form along with your cheque (Payable to Axar Travel Services)
* Book by faxing your form and credit/ debit card details Book by sending us your form and paying online or via bank transfer

Once your booking has been processed you will receive the confirmation invoice via email and visa letter (if required).

For bookings received more than 4 weeks prior to departure a non-refundable deposit amount of 45% of the tour cost will be required for coach tours. For all flight tours, a non- refundable deposit of 40% (of the tour cost) will be required at the time of booking. For bookings received less then 4 weeks prior to the departure of the tour, full payment will be required at the time of the booking.
